1. What makes you want to get out of bed every day?
I’ve always been a morning person. Waking up at
6am just to see the
beautiful hues of colours tear across the sky, to feel the cool air rush
through my lungs as
i inhale, to listen to the birds chirp while
enjoying my wholesome breakfast with a cup of coffee. But what truly
gets me going throughout the day
are the friends/people that about i’m
to meet, the experiences that life has to offer. I’m always excited
for whatever the day has installed for me 😊❤
2. What do you love most about what you do?
Being a university student, I love the flexibility I have when it comes
to planning out my work schedule. I have ample time to squeeze in a
workout, create new recipes, catch up with friends and loved ones, while
not neglecting my studies.
3. Describe your
A good morning is what sets the rest of my day. Firstly would be me not
snoozing and waking up energised at
6am🙈 Then, going for a run (or
some form of cardio), shower, having a good breakfast (green smoothie,
oatmeal, pancakes), meditating. Basically, my
ideal of a “perfect
day” is doing something productive. Be it catching up with friends,
reading up on options and futures, and most importantly eating healthy
meals throughout the day.
4. Which country is your dream destination? Why?
Norway or New Zealand. I’ve been to new
zealand once and i was in awe
of the breathtaking views of lakes, gorges, and fjords. With all
that’s happening with global warming and the environment, I would like
to visit all these magical places before it’s all gone. However in my
opinion, what makes a holiday awesome is having my loved ones beside me,
enjoying these views together.
5. What is one advice you would tell your past self?
I’ve always been a worry wart my whole life. Beating myself up over
the slightest mistakes and get really depressed over them.
So would i
tell my younger self to chill. To take every experience as a learning
opportunity, to be grateful for everything, to treasure those close to
you and to love yourself. It’s so easy to get caught up in the glitz
and glamour of social media too. Hence, what
i feel is most important is
to love and appreciate all that
i have, and not to pull at my flesh,
i’m someone else.
