Please kindly take note of the following details regarding our alteration service:
• Pants-only service: We currently offer alteration services exclusively for full-length pants and jeans. The service is limited to length shortening and does not include tapering, waist adjustments, or other modifications at this time.
• Lead time: The estimated turnaround time for alterations is up to 14 working days. Our team will notify you once your item is ready for collection.
• Length variation: As all alterations are done manually, there may be a slight deviation of ±1cm in the final length. We take every precaution to ensure accuracy, but minor differences may occur.
• No exchange or return: Once an item has been altered, it will no longer be eligible for exchange or return. We recommend double-checking your desired length with our staff before confirming the alteration.
