Warehouse Crew (Part-time)

We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy practical, hands-on work. Students are welcome!

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Receiving: Unpack incoming stock and check quantities and items against stock records.

• Price Tagging: Attach price tags accurately to the correct products.

• Inventory Updates: Update inventory records and assist with stock counts.

• Returns Handling: Check, sort and organise returned goods for restocking or further follow-up.

• Warehouse Organisation: Keep stock neatly arranged and maintain a tidy work area.

Working Hours & Pay

• $10 per hour

• 2–3 days per week, Monday to Friday

• Flexible working hours between 11am and 7pm, arranged with the team.

• Able to start immediately and commit until February 2027.

Requirements

• Responsible, organised and attentive to detail.

• Comfortable with unpacking, moving and organising stock.

• Basic computer skills for inventory updates.

• Able to follow instructions and work well with a small team.

Brand Ambassador (Part-time)

At Y21, we bring a sense of everyday escape to dressing. We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy fashion, connecting with people and helping customers feel confident in what they wear.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Styling & Experience: Welcome customers warmly, understand their needs and offer personalised outfit recommendations, sizing guidance and styling advice.

• Sales & Service: Support store sales targets through attentive service and thoughtful recommendations. Handle purchases, exchanges and customer enquiries professionally.

• Brand Storytelling: Introduce customers to Y21’s brand and collections. Share product knowledge, including fabric, fit and care, to help them make informed choices.

• Store Operations & Presentation: Support daily store routines, stock replenishment, inventory checks and order preparation. Keep the store tidy and maintain visual merchandising standards.

• Customer Relationships & Loyalty: Build rapport with new and returning customers, introduce our loyalty programme and share relevant launches and promotions.

• Brand & Community Engagement: Support in-store events and occasional social media content, where required, to bring the Y21 experience to life.

Requirements

• A strong interest in fashion, styling and customer service.

• Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with customers.

• Responsible, proactive and able to work well with a team.

• Previous fashion retail experience is preferred.

• Available to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Working Hours & Pay

• $12 per hour, 2-3 days per week

• Y21 Suntec / Bugis Store

• Able to start immediately and commit until February 2027.
