Exchanges for a different item are allowed.

If the new item is of lower value, no refunds or reimbursements will be provided.

 If the new item is of higher value, a top-up payment will be required. 

 

Regular-priced items may be exchanged for a different size or returned for store credits within 30 days of purchase, provided you present the receipt or order invoice and the item is in its original packaging.

Please note that sale items, samples, lifestyle products, accessories, and bags are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. We do not offer cash refunds for any purchases.

Sale items that were marked down due to existing defects are not eligible for exchange or return.

Approved returns will be issued as Online Store Credits, valid for 6 months and strictly non-extendable once expired. Purchases made using store credits are not eligible for return or further credit issuance. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Returns can be mailed to our studio at:

1001 Jalan Bukit Merah, #05-08, Singapore 159455.

Be sure to include the return form provided in your original parcel (located behind the invoice).

Our team will assist in forwarding it to our studio.

Please note that customers are responsible for all postage fees incurred during exchanges or returns. We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery service, as Y21 is not liable for any lost parcels sent via non-trackable methods.

Your store credit will be emailed to you within 5 business days of receiving your returned item.

 

DEFECT ITEMS / WRONG DELIVERY

 We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. 

Please email us at customer@yacht21.co within 30 days from the date of dispatch, including your order number, a clear photo of the defect, and a detailed description.

For wrong deliveries, kindly include your order number along with the correct item code/size in your email.

 

ITEM DAMAGED AFTER WASHING

 We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience.

If your item is no longer in its original condition after washing (e.g. color run or shrinkage), please email us at customer@yacht21.co with your order number, a clear photo of the affected area, and a detailed description. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to better understand the issue and offer a suitable solution.

All our pieces come with care instructions, which can be found at the bottom of each product page. Please note that damages caused by soaking or bleaching will not be eligible for exchange or return. We appreciate your kind understanding.
