How to purchase for a friend

• The Y21 E-Gift Card will be emailed to you within 3 working days once we fulfilled your order.
• Forward the email to your friend and she can start shopping.

• Loyalty points will not be rewarded for E-Gift Card purchases.
• Y21 E-Gift Card can be used online and in-stores, except Tangs.
• Card value is reflected in Singapore dollars by default.
• Each Y21 E-Gift Card can be used in multiple transactions and cash value will be deducted after for every transaction.
• Card balance will be reflected in user's Apple E-Wallet. 
• All Y21 E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
• Purchases using an E-Gift Card will be refunded in the form of online credits only.
